A cocktail-style gala fundraiser featuring ten local Boulder County chefs preparing veggie focused small plates for guests to savor. The evening was enjoyed by over 150 guests at the Boulder JCC.  Funds raised helped Growe to further develop and expand the Garden to Table Program to promote healthy eating and environmental awareness with kids around Colorado.  

In support of the Future First campaign to run for City Council in Boulder, Jessica managed all aspects of the campaign including marketing materials, networking and event opportunities, communications and community outreach. The project management experience and skillset gave the campaign legitimacy and positioned the candidate as a serious contender.

As a beneficiary of the All At Once Grant from the Jack Johnson Ohana Foundation, Growe was invited to connect with concert-goers at his 2017 Tour. All At Once promotes sustainable local food systems and plastic free initiatives. 

To supplement the two week Fulldome Film Festival schedule, Fiske hosted three special events for the community. Each event presented a unique way for attendees to interact with the planetarium. 1517 Events supported Fiske as the Events Director and managed all Food & Beverages along with overall event production. 

There is little more beautiful than sunset on Isabelle Farm in Eastern Boulder County. For five years, more than sixty guests celebrated the harvest season with a five course farm dinner created by Jax Fish House. 1517 Events produced the evening collaborating with the Jax and Isabelle Farm team to throw one of the most anticipated events of the year at the farm.
